Something that is Yummy
This is the original recipe. I usually double it except for the bananas - I triple those (it's best if they've been frozen then thawed; makes the bread much more moist). I also add 1tsp each; nutmeg, cloves and cinnamon, and 1.5c nuts (I like pecan). Linda calls it banana fudge. Needless to say ~ it don't last long.
