Second: Salmon (this came from Rebecca)
Obtain:
2 lbs. salmon (this can be fresh or frozen, but thaw before you start)
4 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1 Tbs. shallots (I actually like red onion)
3/4 cup olive oil
3 Tbs. lemon juice
Assemble:
Mix bottom 4 ingredients. If you have the time marinate the salmon in the goo but it's good just poured and cooked. How to cook: broil for about 10 min, or grill. I made this for my family and they now expect culinary miracles every time I cook.
I post so many things about food I need to start a blog just for food.
