Merry Christmas to all my loyal and semi-loyal readers.
My dad dragged us to a cabin in Southern MN. It requires many much work to get here (hauling all the food and presents etc) but it is fun once we are here. Benjamin and Amy came Friday in time for dinner and left Sunday after lunch. We opened presents Saturday morning. I got the boys 6mm BB guns that are replicas of real guns (got 'em in Korea obviousy). They were the hit of the day and spent the rest of the day chasing eachother around the cabin shooting and giggling (yes - they giggle). They even took shots at me but I knew that would happen. The target of choice is the posteriour of whomever. Amy was not too impressed but oh well. I wish I got pictures of Dad hiding in the door and Benjamin hiding behind the couch.
I got a web cam which will enable me to talk to my family and see them at the same time. Hmmm, do I really wanna do that? (= I also got my favourite movie ever on DVD: Sabrina (1995). It's lovely.
Its nice being back in the States, short time though it may be. I leave on Saturday. People keep asking me if I miss anything about Korea; my first response is a no-brainer: floor heat. They heat buldings through the floors. I don't think my feet have been warm since I got here. Especally in a house that has hard-wood flooring.
