1 empty spice bottle (about .75 oz or so)
In the bottle:
1 tsp dill
1 tsp lemon pepper
Fill up with olive oil.
Shake every now and then.
Yummy on chicken and salmon especally. I put the oven on 200* C and coat the meat with the mixture. Then put the meat in foil and seal it. I also add a squirt of lemon juice occasionally. Quite moist and yummy.
